E Z Residential is owned by Financial Wellness Pty Ltd which forms part of the The Charterhill Group of companies that had its genesis in Brown Nowak & Co, an Adelaide based Chartered Accounting firm ranked 42nd in the BRW top 100 Australian accounting firms in 2001/2002.
The real estate and strategic planning arm of Brown Nowak & Co established its own identity as CFAS Pty Ltd in 1998, and has subsequently expanded its operations through Charterhill Group. The product portfolios and unique positioning of the company, with its emphasis on research and quality of service, are the direct result of George Nowak, prior director of Brown Nowak & Co,and Executive Director of Charterhill Group Pty Ltd.
